1. When will my order arrive?

We generally deliver all orders in 6 - 14 working days, even though most of our deliverables arrive with 7 - 10
working days. This is because there might be occasional delay due to customs clearance processes, which
are totally out of our control.

2. How much does delivery cost?

We deliver your items for free with standard shipping, depending on the item and the amount spent on your purchases. However, on the checkout page, you can find details about the shipping processes and costs.

3. How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an email containing a tracking number. Using this number you will be able to know where is your item and when it is going to arrive to you.

4. What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

We always work hard to ensure that all items are of the highest quality, providing our customers with a great brand experience. However, if you have concerns about a faulty or damaged item, please email us within 2 days of the delivery date at info@linagems.com. This will enable us to promptly review the matter and find the best solution for you.

5. Does The Cart Space deliver worldwide?

Currently, we deliver to the US, Canada, Australia, Europe, and GCC countries. We have collaborated with a variety of shipping companies to ensure easy delivery to our customers.

6. How would it impact the delivery if the shipping address I provided was incorrect?

Prior to finalizing your order, double-check that your address and details are accurate. If the shipping company faces challenges delivering your item because of incorrect information you provided, the responsibility lies with you.
